I've not had a period for 12 weeks now been experiencing stomach cramp feeling sick throughout the day mainly after eating being tired more than normal going to the toilet 3/4 times a night 2 days ago I had light spotting when I wiped then nothing again I took a pregnancy test yesterday which came back negative I don't no what's going on with me
