No period but testing negative.

I lost my virginity, and had safe protected sex. But that month my period was delayed(51 days). I took regestrone(30th day from prev sex) 2 times a day for 5 days, and after stopping I got bleeding in another 15 days(66th day). I bled for about 6 days with above average flow for the first three days and average for the last three. On seventh day I took a UPT test with my first pee and it was negative. It has now been 62 days since this. And my period is still not here. I tested again with preganews but used the second pee of the day(3 hours after the first). That also came back negative. Is this an effect of the regestrone? Are these test kits reliable, not even a faint line was there. Just a single solid line. As additional information, my period usually came between 40-48 days. I used to have PCOS, but got done with it last year.
