No period after taking norethisterone

I m 32 year married having pcos. My periods are very irregular but after taking norethisterone periods comes but this this it has has been 4 days but no period pregnancy test is also negative. What does it mean? I m planning for pregnancy. I m vey worried

The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction Wait fr a total of ten days after the last dose if still no period Repeat a Pregnancy test Get ur Thyroid n prolactin levels checked
