I have been having pins and needles pain in my hands for about a year mildly off and on until recently. In the past month i have had severe pain that feels like when you start to move a limb that has been in one place for a long time and has "fallen asleep" but instead of eventually feeling normal again its just that strange pain all the time. Its most severe at night when im trying to sleep. Also today my legs began to swell aswell as my ankles and feet.My ankles/feet are so swollen now bruised
