Post giving the polio vaccination no motion, since 2 days. Please advise he is only 2 months old, And he looks really restless

if you are thinking its because of polio drops its highly unlikely... Constipation or not having a poop for 2 days is quite common at this age...if baby is restless its always advised to meet the nearest paediatrician immediately. thank you
