1.No periods from 5 months previously were regular 2.breathlessness 3.severe pain in abdomen especially in the  hypogastric region ( frm 4days ) period of relief for few min . 4.weakness 5.slight gain in weight 6.BP 90/70 7.Heart rate 79bpm 8.o2 saturation 99% 9.Haemoglobin 12.9 gm/ dl 10.TSH 1.14 micro IU / ml
