No follicles on CD 12 n small ovaries???

Hello doctor...I am 33 years old...I have been trying to concieve for last ymonth with no luck..went to the doc for scan...says on cd12 no follicles showing...also ovaries small in size...I never got such a report before...so waiting for my period...he gave some medication n said will scan again next time cd12...any idea what's going on???
