If LMP is confirm & USG done by experienced Apologist, then cardio activity should be present by this time, if any doubt , and no symptoms like bleeding P/

According to Sonography finding and LMP date it suggestive of missed abortion & treatment suggest is the best method, before that your blood group should be done and if it is Rh Negative then you should take a special inj. called Anti D.

Hi. According to your LMP you are 9 wks and 3 days . MSD is corressponding . Crl is not corressponding .You can do a repeat scan after 7 days . If still there is no Fetal heart then it is not a viable preg .

Ideally by 6 weeks we expect to see  cardiac activity...but if even by 9 weeks it was not visible ....it indicates fetal demise or also known as missed abortion...in tht case Dilatation n Curettage is one of the ways to clear out the products of conception. So the treatment advised to U is right.
