No fetal heartbeat 40 days LMP

Had a tvs to confirm pregnancy. Fetal pole clearly seen in gestational sac But no fetal heartbeat detected. Is this normal?? Please suggest,  quite worried. This was done 40 days since LMP. Hcg: 22500, taking folic acid and progesterone tablets
