My daughter is 2months old but she avoids eye contact even during feeding She also doesnt smile much She can track the images that i show What could be the issue

Visual fixation is there then it is good Recognises mother and social smile then also it is okay Problem you describe is a danger sign if still persists after 3 months of age NO SCREEN TIME
