My daughter is 2months old but she avoids eye contact even during feeding She also doesnt smile much She can track the images that i show What could be the issue

Wear colorful  plastic  toy  spectacles while feeding,  interact  often  with  lots of facial  expression. After 2 months if you  feel no improvement in eye contact or social emotional  response..consult developmental pediatricians.

Visual fixation is there then it is good Recognises mother and social smile then also it is okay Problem you describe is a danger sign if still persists after 3 months of age NO SCREEN TIME
