I m taking some pain killer but those r not working. Had cap on a teeth which has previously filling was done.

Hello The pain can be due to high points on the cap which can be reduced to lower the pain or deep filling requiring root canal treatment. Probably a root canal is required on that Tooth as the filling may have been too deep.. deep fillings that are too close to the nerve give the tooth pain which can only be temporarily suppressed with painkillers..
