After dinner I feel heavy at left chest ...nt able to berp feel lik food is blocked from neck to left chest..I am.i am feeling like dis after I met an accident  5 days

You need to.consult nearby physician or surgeon  immediately,  get chest X ray and as per clinical evaluation and  nature of injuries you suffered by accident further evaluation can be done

May be Gastritis. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc
