Hello doc My age is 35, and recently did a scan which was measuring 6 weeks pregnancy with cardiac activity after two weeks scan is showing again 6 weeks with no cardiac activity with fetal pole and yolk sac but I'm not bleeding still nausea and also exclusively breastfeeding my 1.5 year old.plz tell me whats wrong that suddenly it stops growth?

most common cause of this missed abortion in forst trimester is chromosomal anamoly if baby has any anomaly its natures way that it gets aborted
