No baby visible in pre pregnancy scan

I am 6 weeks pregnant and in in pre pregnancy scan doctor said baby is not visible, doubt baby may be growing in fallopian tube I am tensed  how far chanses were there for this

By 6 weeks ull know and please do beta hcg blood test and repeat after 48 hours and repeat ultrasound once
