No antibiotics after 21days of 2nd dose

Hi doctor, My mother in law and father in law took last dose covishield vaccine around 22 days back. They spike protein IgG Test and it came negative.i have attached report.  What could be reason ?? Ans what should we do now ?? Please suggest. Little worried.
