Nipple pain and discharge

I noticed over last few weeks some clear discharge in my left breast and increased pain in the nipple. The nipple has also been very itchy. Today the pain is excruciating. I’m nervous as my last mammo warranted a recall mammo and ultrasound and I’ve been given a Birads 3 and short interval screenings 6 months. (Probable not cancer) This happens to be the breast of concern so I’m freaking out!
