Last week when performing a self breast examination I noticed that when I squeeze my nipple a tiny amount of clear sticky fluid comes out and I mean the smallest drop. It appears to be coming from one duct and one breast only. I have no other symptoms and it only happens when I squeeze.  I’m not sure if it’s hormonal. Should I be worried about this?

How is the pattern of your cycles? If you get normal periods then this seems to be quite inoccuous Since you have noticed it , it is better to get your Prolactin level done. If normal then you should not do any further investigations.
