  4. Nipple discharge. I need further test?

I had done usg of breast due to nipple discharge which was white in color, not spontaneous and bilateral and multiduct. my usg report was normal with left side birad 2 contain symple cyst 4mm and right birad 1. but i read that only mammography will give correct cancer result . so plz tell me usg is accurate for breast cancer or not? do i need further test?
