Nightmares, No sleep, Over thinking

I've been getting weird nightmares for a really long time and it takes me alot of time to sleeep. And i don't why but sometimes i just freeze and keep thinking about stuff. I do have issues at home and stuff and really don't know how to deal with it. Please help me?
