Sir I have been suffering from nightfall since last four years. I told my parents about that but they said that it's natural at this age (I am 22). But I think the frequency at which it occur isn't natural. Sometimes it happen continue for four five days.my concentration is also very poor and I think this is due to same reason. And at the same time how much I resist but i couldn't help watching hot pics of actresses and my eyes goes to their private parts.when I try to control and does not see that constantly it came in my mind and become unable to concentrate on my work and study. Sometimes I look at women inappropriately , I feel very bad and obnoxious abt me that how can I do such filthy things. I don't want me to watch such things. I want my mind always watch good things but I could not help. After watching such stuffs I feel very guilt and filthy. Please help me sir.I am very good and intelligent student but this thing is making my life miserable.i want to regain myconcentration.

Get your daily calcium by popping a tab, chugging milk or eating yoghurt. It’ll keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30. You need at least 200 milligrams daily, which you should combine with magnesium, or it simply won’t be absorbed.
