Night sweating but normal CBC

Hello Dr, my daughter has normal CBC but she has night sweats immediately after sleeping that French her pillow( only face and neck ). She also has dark circles, please advise as the general physician looked at the CBC and said the results are normal.

Reduce mobile phone use . Give vegetables,fruits and plenty of water
