Have been experiencing heavy sweating at nights for almost 4 months... head ache after sun down and feverish for almost 2 weeks now. ive been prescribed Eincef CV and Timofex

Low grade fever, night sweats, weakness, headaches require investigations. First thing to rule out is tuberculosis.
Next Steps
investigation: 1. CBC with ESR, 2. TB Gold test, 3. X Ray Chest PA view 4. Mantoux test
