My 3 week old has common cold and nasal congestion. Her congestion is really loud especially in the night. We have been using Saline drops but she has been really uncomfortable. To give her some relief during nighttime can i give her maxtra drops or sinarest drops? Her weight is 3.29kgs. What else can i do to help her relieve the discomfort

Try to avoid medications for newborns. It's not recommended. Put saline drops and do nasal suctioning using mucus sucker. Also give nebulisation with normal water or NS. Do physical consult to check baby properly.
