It may be sharp edge of bone. Please do not try any home remedies. Keep the area clean and visit dentist at earliest for clinical examination and x ray.

Revisit d dentist get an x ray . He ll do d needful for it . At times sharp buccal bone is left behind which cause the roughness and Irritation  . But one can comment only after seeing it clinically and radiographically.
