Does this report suggests any recent strokes? Few years back he had strokes twice and admitted to hospital and underwent treatment and therapy. Recently, he has been suffering from Pneumonia and admitted to Hospital again. Doctor suggested CT Scan as he is feeling too weak to move his leg.

Stroke is old but the other lesion could be a mass lesion or iscaemic stroke with hemorrhagic conversion As he is old stroke pt he must be on blood thinners But clear picture would arise with the films only
