This is quite common with new glasses, especially in high plus power. Your old glasses were likely undercorrected, so your eyes had adapted to that.
With the new correct number, your eyes need time to adjust, particularly for computer work where accommodation and convergence demand is different. That’s why you’re getting headache despite clear vision.
I would advise:
Give it 1–2 weeks for adaptation.
If symptoms persist, recheck power, axis and PD
You may benefit from separate computer/office glasses
Contact lenses can also help
ICL is not the solution for this type of headache and should not be considered at this stage
