If the blood is clotted in brain is their any chances to survive, he has admitted in hospital for the above cause, but two days he was alright, later suddenly he got Herat problems like enlarged heart and storke , Heart attack,is their any chances of survive , for the doctor's why they took 2 days for observation, I'm confused, please give me some answers for this...

Patient can survive following heart attack or stroke. It depends on severity and extent of brain and heart involvement.
