Hi , this does sound like performance anxiety . You can explore that on Google through verified sites which have research based citations. For now ,I would say it translates into worry , thoughts ,images of failure and possible consequences of that . All of us would like to do well , but very few if any at all ,can perform at a high level all the time. Are your standards for yourself too high ? Are you comparing yourself with other people ? Often when we compare with others ,which in my opinion is very unhelpful, we see their best side and compare it to our worst side, it mostly isn't an accurate evaluation. For that you can take feedback from your coach or team member that you trust. If you have to compare ,compare with your own previous performance.
Next Steps
Spend time mentally rehearsing your game ,imagine you are playing calmly and with focus. Avoid worries about the outcome, enjoy the game while you are playing. if possible have someone record your game and watch it for points of improvement. Talk to your coach or mentor on these points. Also practice your game as much as you can .
