Taking nervmax active for 20 days at night after food,  i feel more sleepy and headache after waking up. If I sleep more than normal, then it's less. Is it normal ? What to do ?

thats drowsiness effect of medication .u can take it 2-4 hrs before ur sleep

1)This is normal with nervemax. The usual timing to take the tablet is around 7pm or 8pm for patient who wake up early.
Next Steps
Take the tablets by 8pm after food
