Nerve pull sensation and un easyness
Hello , I m 31 male .
I have been facing body pain and nerve pulling sensation all over my body . In legs , hands and chest area . Because of this I woke up at night also from sleeping .
I took body check up and all my reports are normal except vitamin b12 which is less then 50 and vitamin d which is 22.
Is vitamin deficiency possible reason for these symptom ?
If yes then how much time will it take to recover ?

You said that you took 'body check up' . Was it a complete health package from a reputed Laboratory or it was Whole body CT SCAN, or was it a clinical examination by a Neurologist.
