Nerve pain on hear behind right ear

I have been feeling a nerve pain behind my right ear for last two days. The pain is constant and it feels like a throbbing pain at a point which seems like swollen nerve. I am afraid if its some kind of brain tumor or just a headache. But why do i have swollen nerve on my head behind my right ear i wonder!

The swelling should be examined nd found out whether it's nerve only swollen or something else
