Ok u take Ksheerabala101  ap one twice a day. ApplyAshwgandha bala laksha oil to the back once a day ,no massage. Take rest. Sleep flat on the ground. Intake greens,vegetables cooked,fruits greengram sprouts everymeal. Papaya,,banana,raisins,almonds,walnuts are good for health. Palak,methi,eggwhite are good nourishers. Milk,curds buttermilk,ghee are good everyday.
