Nerve compression in left side  buttocks

Can we take pregabid NT tablet for nerve compression in left side buttocks and having pain in left side of buttocks  while Sitting and sometime in walkingnd what are the excercise we can do in home to relief pain from this.

You are suffering from gluteal tendon pain. Due to prolonged sitting with more pressure on that buttock. Sitting crossed or tilted on that side.

I suggest instead of Pregabid NT use plain Pregabid 75 mg ( but should not be used by pregnant, lactating women or someone who has platelet disorders) Usually one needs to have anti-inflammatories along with to reduce the oedema/ inflammation around the nerve

If you have been properly evaluated for your problem by doctor and the tablet is helping u then can take was per prescription. You need to keep up with ur walking and back muscle strengthening exercises.
