Hello doctor, My nephew got 103°F fever now. He has fever since 4 days coming up-down. He is taking paracetamol syrup for this. He had some loose motions. Any urgent treatment or medications? Please suggest any. Anything worry about? Thank you.

If there is dehydration..we have to give ORS and probiotics for loose stools.better once video consult with pediatrician
