Neo Relax mr tablet in lactation

I have been advised to take neorelax mr tablet for my lower back pain, I am currently breastfeeding. Can i take this medicine? If i take, how long should I avoid breastfeeding?

Muscle relaxing medicines should be avoided  by breast feeding mothers. You may take paracetamol 250mg tab for pain relief.

The combination of the Neorelax tablet is Thiocolchicoside (4mg)+ Aceclofenac (100mg)+ Paracetamol (325mg), which should be avoided at breastfeeding time

You should avoid this medication while breastfeeding. Instead of medications try to focus more on physiotherapy while breastfeeding.
