Negative UPT but thick endometrium

Hi doctor, I have missed period by 2 days and UPT is negative. I had miscarriage on July 26 due to missed abortion. I tried naturally in this month. My gynecologist did sonography and noticed that endometrium is thick and I ovoluted from right side. He has given me Gestogoy SR 300 and Dydrogesterone tablet twice a day for 1 week and asked to repeat UPT after that. Is there any chance of pregnancy? My periods are regular. I am experiencing nausea and constipation problem.

If the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant stop the progesterone and you will get your periods with in a week
