I am having unwanted negative sexual thoughts suddenly like girls should like girls and boys should like boys and they should be together as partners.I am straight male and I know that these are stupid thoughts and yet it keeps coming in my mind.Why did this suddenly happen to me, what's the reason and what's the cure for it.

Dear sir based on the symptoms it looks  like u r suffering from ocd. Kindly consult a psychiatrist.
