You need to figure out what next, what is that you wishing from life, which is your next plan for work. It is important to take control over your negative thoughts and suicidal instincts. Please meet a psychologist for face to face counseling session which would give you more insight and ways to cope up. Till then, try maintaining a schedule including exercise to vent out your energies.

I think you still have not lost your skill and the knowledge . Your experience is your investment to recreate your earlier business or any other business. Life is about the choices we make. Now this event is giving you a choice for your life. It is upto you to choose the wise one, Yes, it is difficult to face the challenges.  Yet it is not impossible.
