I am currently 51 days late, had pregnancy test on 48th day but came negative. I have PCOD but been following diet and exercise to overcome it, had tiny spotting on 50th day and having back pain continuously and bloating. No signs of periods yet. How to know if it's pregnancy or pcod because back pain i never experienced before.
