I’ve been experiencing intense needling, prickling, and redness all over my body for over 10 years, especially during winter. My skin feels very sensitive, and sometimes even the lightest touch, such as on paper, causes flare-ups. It has become more severe recently, and it's affecting my daily activities, including studying. It will help if you write any solution to my problem .
