This might be due to entrapment of nerve in the mesh.. if it’s not settling am down then consult your surgeon Tablets like tramadol, pregabalin can be used for pain relief

as mesh is foreign material to the body. post operatively patiets feel some pain it will be eventually subside in 99% of the cases. use  pain medication advised by the surgeon
