Need urgent help

I had a miscarriage and on 8th September hd D&C. But bleeding did not stopped.my dr ask me to take mesoprost. I bleeded and clots came out. After dat also my dr told me some particles are left. Again prescribed me mesoprost. Again heavy bleeding with clots. Bt still bleeding ddnt stopped. She ask me to go fr another D&C as something ws still left 8n my uterus. On 11th October hd 2nd D&C. Bt bleeding ddnt stop. Dr aske me to have Crina NCR fr 20 dys bt bleeding ddnt stopped. Now i went to a new dr she hs prescribed me with injection placentrex for 14dys. I dnt knw this will help or not and  when will my bleeding stop. New tvs report says bulky uterus with grossly thickened & heterogeneous endometrial stripe with few anechoic cystic space. Plz help
