My son was infected with UTI and applied IV antibiotics for 6 days. After that doctor suggested to have Sporidex Redimex 125 MG syrup for at least 6 months. Is it safe to have antibiotic for this long time for 7 months old baby..

U did usg  abd and pelvis.....rule out anyanatomical abnormal ......no need to antibiotic  after normal usg report....
