You have to repeat the ultrasound  for well being of baby  as till today there is no foetal  heart seen, which can come in 6weeks.

5 weeks scan report.It is normal but for cardiac activity you have to repeat after 15 days .If after that every thing is normal then no need to worry.Follow the instructions of doctor and take medicine.
