So don't worry, crying is the normal response of your body due to your situation. But you need to have therapy sessions for getting rid of all these issues. Therapist can help to make proper plan for your health and your issues as well as the better communication with your family and having better life.
Don't worry, you will be completely fine after sometimes. Just you need to talk with a reliable and professional person and go through the plan of therapist. I suggest don't go through any kind of medication till you will be sure that you need it.
