Hello, you need to get herconsulted with a Physician or Diabetologist.
Her blood sugar levels and S. Creatinine should be checked. U can share her blood reports with me and blood pressure if she has any other ailments apart from Diabetes , so that the same can be monitored and can be treated accordingly.

CBC, S. Creatinine, HbA1C, FBS, PP2BS, Urine- R/M should be done. A gynec reference post USG Abdomen and pelvis for incontinence.
