I am 2 month 3 days pregnant I took abortion pill gestapro 3 days ago but my bleeding doesn't started yet i had a very small amount of bleeding and in that i didnt see any of the pregnancy tissues and their is a severe ache in my stomach as i cant descirbe the pain please suggest me wby do i didnt bleed is my abortion incomplete or their is any other problem related with my pregnancy waiting for your answer .

If you hv taken the pills without consulting a gynaecologist or without a clinical examination ir an ultrasound , kindly do one now. Else wait for a week and then still if no bleeding then consult a gynaecologist
