Hi.. don't reduce weight very suddenly.
Monthly 2-4kg is enough..
Do daily workout.
Take High fibre and High Protein diet.
In breakfast 1cup poha/upma/oats/2idali with 1glass of milk.
In lunch take 2chapati sprouts/green veg and 1full cup of salad(cucumber+carrots+curd+beat).
In evening snacks u take 1cup of mix fruits.
In dinner same as lunch.
At bedtime 1glass of milk.
Skip rice, potato,fried food, oily and spicy food..keep records of weight.
