this is the case of class 2div2 malocclusion .its cause may be from skeltal or dental defficieny of jaw growth. advice  lateral cephalogram a type of x ray. fix orthodontic treatment. duration may be 1.5 year to 2 years. cost will be decided after seeing exactly all teeth of jaw.
