Need Medicine Doc

I'm really sorry for asking this. But now I don't have any other option other than this. My wife's manager asked her to relocate to Pune from Coimbatore with in a week and to stop this she said she had a mis carriage and can't relocate. Now tha HR team is behind her asking for medical docs. If some doctor can help that will be really appreciated.
